From the look on the face of the bulldozer driver
and city compost site worker
he was not used to seeing a barefoot skirt wearing woman
shoveling her own compost
and four year old climbing the compost pile
with his snow shovel.
we're amateurs, but a little sunshine and
exercise did us well.
(minus the blisters)
