Cabin Trip With Daddy

Dustin is a brave man. He took the kids for an overnight at the cabin by himself - dressed in matching camo t-shirts :)

Sounds like they had a good time - mowed the yard, put up bat houses, ran around outside and most importantly...made s'mores.

Outfits

This is not just playing dress up, this is how the kids looked leaving the house this morning. A trip to Target and the grocery store with Luca in his Buzz Lightyear pajama top, Cowboy hat and boots and Ava in a dress with tutu over top, a princess tiara and big rubber boots. They were happy.

First Cabin Weekend of Spring

Night one: i lose my cell phone, the cabin temporarily loses electricity, Ava throws up three times, a bat torments us by flying around in the cabin and survives even after being

struck by a badminten racket.

Night two: steak, wine and the badminten racket wins against the bat.

Despite a few glitches we had a great weekend. The kids LOVE the cabin. We have a few more projects to go but are looking forward to spending a lot of time out there this summer.
